Runaway To Mars

Folk • Escapism

When the world feels too heavy and love feels too complicated, sometimes we dream of running away to somewhere the rules don't apply. This song captures that universal desire to escape to a place where our hearts can finally make sense—even if that place is impossibly far away.

"What If I run away to Mars?
Would you find me in the stars?
Would you miss me in the end
If I run out of oxygen?"

You Don't Have To Say You're Sorry

Pop • Mental Health

A love letter to anyone who's ever felt like their struggles were a burden to others. This song speaks to the shame that comes with mental illness and the healing power of unconditional support. Sometimes the most radical thing we can offer someone is the permission to stop apologizing for being human.

"You don't have to say you're sorry, we already know
You're human, and you're hurting—it's okay to let it show
No, we don't need your reasons—we just need you to stay"

Don't Wait For Me

Pop • Boundaries

The hardest kind of honesty—telling someone you care about that you can't love them the way they deserve. This song explores the painful wisdom of knowing when to let someone go, even when they're willing to wait. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is refuse to let someone waste their heart on yours.

"Don't wait for me, don't waste your time
Love's not enough if the timing ain't right
You want forever, I need space
You'll only lose yourself this way"

Rose in the Snow

Folk

A defiant anthem for anyone who's ever been underestimated or counted out. This song speaks to the power of thriving despite those who wanted to see you fail, of blooming in impossible conditions, and of the strange dynamic between those who try to bury us and then can't stop watching us grow. Sometimes your success is the best response to those who hoped for your failure.

"I'm a rose blooming through the snow
Above the graves who never wanted me to grow
They tried to bury all that I could be
But the frost couldn't tame the flame in me"

My Musical Philosophy

"Music should be a conversation with the parts of ourselves we don't know how to voice. It should disturb us, heal us, and help us feel less alone in our humanity."

I don't write songs to be comfortable or comforting. I write them to be real. My music comes from the spaces between words - the emotions we feel but can't quite articulate, the truths we're afraid to speak, the beauty we find in our broken places.

Every melody is born from authentic emotion, every lyric from lived experience. I believe that vulnerability in music creates connection, that sharing our struggles helps others feel less alone in theirs, and that sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply witness each other's truth.

These same themes of vulnerability and truth-telling run through my dark fantasy novels, where I explore cult psychology and religious trauma through fictional narratives. You can also read about my personal experiences in my diary entries.
